New kitchen installation and board change in a property in Malvern.

This was a complete Garage conversion. Along with DA Lyodd Ltd, we helped to create a new comfortable living area with Office upstairs and modernised the car bays future proofing for Electric cars.

This is an on going project in Kempsey Worcestershire. It’s a massive barn conversion that is being completely rebuilt, with parts of it still being built at the minute. This project will be on going with updates coming throughout the year.

This Project was a completely new electrical installation in a bungalow in St. Johns Worcestershire. We helped modernise this old bungalow with use of new lighting Technology internally and externally. We added a number of additional sockets, Data points, sky points and HDMI Outlets for tv positions.

Our client was seeking a domestic electrician in Malvern.  This is a relatively small on going project which is refurbing 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
This involves installing all new LED Downlights to suit the newly vaulted ceilings, new sockets and tv points, new supply for a mirror with built in lights and a new extractor fan. More photos to follow

This was a completely new loft conversion in Stocks Lane in Malvern.
We worked along side a building contractor for this project. To start with we had to reroute a lot of the old wiring for the builder to be able to start there work, once this was complete we continued with the First fix of the project. Within a couple of days this was complete ready for the builder to carry on there work. The builder then called us back in to do second fix once they were ready.

This was a complete conversion of an old cellar, in a listed building, to a cinema and games room.

We installed LED downlights in both areas as the ceilings were low, we installed metal clad sockets and switches and contained all cabling in galvanised steel conduit. We also installed 2 Data points and satellite points for the cinema room.

This was an old wooden frame barn that was converted to an art studio and holiday let.

We carried out all of the first fix and second fix on the project working alongside the builders to get the project completed to a high standard. There was both a kitchen and bathroom installed along with a specialist supply to a Kiln.
